Mrs. Julie Carson spend her early working years in lower school education with preschool students, as well as working with middle school and high school youth groups in the San Antonio and Corpus Christi Episcopal communities. As marriage and children came, her focus was at home with her children. She has lived in Victoria since 2012 and worked with Trinity Episcopal School, the Victoria Symphony as the Instrument Petting Zoo liaison, and toward a certification to become an art teacher. She began as the STJ art instructor in the fall of 2018. 

What do you like about teaching at St. Joseph High School? 
Albert Einstein said, “Creativity is intelligence having fun” - we show that to be true so often at STJ! We are a creative, intelligent, playful, caring, happy and healthy community/family! I love STJ's students and faculty for embracing and supporting each other in our differences and similarities. My goal is to mirror those things I love and appreciate, to be a positive force on and off campus, and to be one who intertwines life, love and art.
