What do you like about teaching at St. Joseph High School?
I enjoy the interaction with students, piquing their interest, teaching them new concepts, encouraging them to do their best, and passing on the love of discovering and learning. When I first began teaching at STJ, I was asked by several people, why STJ? My answer was “what a great place to teach when each day is started with prayer.” I enjoy teaching and sharing my love for science and math. The students want to learn. Their interest is easily piqued and so they love demonstrations, experimenting, and discussing real life examples. We learn together!
